Tumivi

Refund Policy

Version 2026-09-09 · Published 9 September 2026

When refunds are available

Payments are generally non-refundable for change of mind, unused time, accidental renewal after a disclosed renewal date, or third-party content and account restrictions. An exception applies where a material failure attributable to Tumivi prevents delivery of the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Depending on the failure, we will provide an appropriate full or proportionate refund. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law always apply.

Requesting help

Email support@tumivi.uk with your account email, payment date, invoice or UTR, and a description of the problem. Never send a full card number, card security code, password or UPI PIN. We may request reasonable diagnostic information to establish the cause and try to restore service. There is no requirement to accept troubleshooting instead of a remedy where the law gives you an immediate right.

Processing

Approved card refunds are returned through the payment processor to the original payment method where possible. UPI refunds are verified and processed manually; approval in the portal alone does not transfer money. Bank and provider processing times vary. Duplicate charges and incorrect charges will be investigated and corrected. Cancellation stops future renewal; it is separate from a refund request.

Earlier purchases

This policy applies to purchases made under this version. If an earlier purchase included a 30-day refund promise or other more favourable protection, that promise continues to apply to that purchase. This policy does not retrospectively remove it.
